A 2022 GMC Yukon SUV, runs, drives, and stops, but carries an extreme mildew odor that persists despite ozone treatment, new carpet, and disinfectant at a dealership. Sells to fleet buyers willing to absorb the odor, resellers targeting odor-tolerant markets, or parts dealers seeking components. Before committing, spend 20+ minutes inside with windows closed to confirm the smell is tolerable after resale, and verify AC and ventilation are fully operational - do not rely on the dealer treatment.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
