2022 Thermo Scientific VERSA RxM combo Pharmaceutical Checkweigher + Metal detector, To include; Versa Weigh Carton Checkweigher mdl. BO25-V400, s/n G118 & 3000 Multiscan Metal Detector, s/n 22151229S, W100XH200 mm stainless steel, Motorized side belts for checkweigher infeed / outfeed. 2 brushless motor, height of the lateral belt = 40mm. The RxM framework is constructed from Stainless Steel (grade AISI 304) and consists of three precision engineered conveyors equipped with high grade polyester belting. These three conveyors, featuring a motorized plate, are manufactured from anti-corodial aluminium to ensure lightness and rigidness to the sliding tables. The Versa RxM model of checkweigher is different from the other range of checkweighers as it consists of a static weighing system featuring a nylon belt allowing the best possible weighing accuracy, greatly higher than the other versions. The infeed conveyor tranfers the products towards the weighing stage where the weighing conveyor performs the high accuracy weighing by means of an electrical loadcell system with its load adapted to the products being weighed, to a maximum of 500g. The outfeed conveyor is used to manage the weighed products where over-weight or underweight products are diverted off the conveyor using automatic reject devices. The loadcell is lodged inside a suitable stainless steel enclosure, with an environmental protection equivalent to IP44, and is adequately constrained to the framework of the weighing conveyor. The conveyors are driven by electrical brushless motors, backpowered by a dynamic speedometer. Unit has been professionally deinstalled and palletized ready for shipment. Skid Dims 96 x 48 x 87 in.
