Flywheel turns freely, and the hydraulic infeed roller operates as designed. Cosmetic Condition: Normal cosmetic wear consistent with groundskeeping use (surface scratches, chip-chute wear, minor surface weathering). Included Components: 3-point mounting pins, PTO drive shaft, and discharge chute.
