Condition
From the seller's description. Not a guarantee of condition.
Market demand: Equipment in Arkansas sell about 81% of the time, typically ~20 bids. Based on 139 completed sales over the last year.
A 2023 Caterpillar 303.5CR mini excavator with low hours, a backfill blade, and a 5-foot stick, suited to landscapers, rental fleets, and buyers reselling to small contractors. The listing is thin on condition notes, so the read is general, but a unit this recent with 795 hours usually resells as-is with little reconditioning. Check the hydraulic function, the rubber tracks, and the swing and boom for play during a start-up, since the listing does not describe their condition.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
