you are bidding on a 24x28 a-frame pole barn style building with a 16x7 Garage door and a walk-in door. THIS BUILDING MUST BE TAKEN DOWN!! Poles are set in concrete and need to be cut at concrete floor. Buyer is responsable for taken building apart and moving to your location. Area must remain clean and free from nails and screws when you leave. Electrical and plumbing will be disconnected prior to removal. Building may be reviewed by appointment only.
