Offered for sale are (6) Mobile Classroom Buildings. 1987 Southern Structures - 24'x36' – SSI871694/SSI871695- Wood frame (May require additional supplies prior to removing) 1985 24'x36' – 37367A/37368A - Steel frame (Does not include ramp and stairs) 1985 24'x36' – 37369A/37370A - Steel frame (Does not include ramp and stairs) 1993 Southern Structures - 24’x36’ – 3531/3532 – Wood frame (May require additional supplies prior to removing) 1987 Southern Structures - 24’x36’ – SSI871548/SSI871549 – Wood frame (May require additional supplies prior to removing. Does not include ramp and stairs) 1988 Custom Mobile Builders - 24’x36’ – CMBAL0688330A/CMBAL0688330B – Steel frame (Does not include ramp and stairs) All 6 units are at the same location. The sale includes the existing skirting and stairs/ramps (unless otherwise noted). The buildings are sold "as is, where-is." These units do not have titles available. The Buyer is fully responsible for making all necessary provisions for removal, including securing required permits and insurance (per seller's specification-see below). This responsibility includes the preparation of the unit, such as installing tires, axles, and tongues, as well as providing all labor and materials for removal, transport, and site clean-up. There are not tires, axles or tongues on site. The buyer must also remove all skirting, stairs and/or ramps(if included), and any foundational supports, including block piers. Any included items that the buyer does not want must be removed and disposed of off site. Pre-Bid Site Visit: May 7, 2026 at 11:00am. All visitors must check in at the front office, receive a visitor badge and wait to be escorted by Project Manager. Critical Deadline: The removal dates for all 4 mobiles is July 1 - July 22,2026. All property must be removed by July 22, 2026. Any property remaining after this date will be demolished on-site. COI Requirements: The buyer must provide a certificate of insurance with proof of workers compensation, Commercial General Liability of one million dollars and Auto Liability of one million dollars naming Wake County Board of Education, 5625 Dillard Drive, Cary, NC 27518 as additionally insured.
