Questions asked in the final 8 hours of the auction may not be answered. PAYMENT: Items must be paid for within 5 business days of the closing date of the auction. ITEM PICK UP: Items must be picked up from the Snowflake Unified School District Premises within 10 Business days of the close of Auction. NO EXCEPTIONS. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal ID must be presented at time of pick-up. Items may be located at different locations within the School District and will need to be picked up from each site. THIRD PARTY PICKUP: If you are out of state, DO NOT BID unless you can come pick up the item(s) in person. WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS. If you are having a third party picking up an item(s) for you, you MUST send an email from the email address listed on file with Public Surplus before the item(s) are picked up. This must be sent to davidl@snowflake.k12.az.us. The email MUST include (1) the name of the buyer listed on the paid receipt, (2) item description, and (3) the first and last name of the person who will be picking up the item(s). This email will serve as the buyer's official release authorization. The individual picking items up will need to bring the (1) Paid Receipt (photocopies are acceptable), (2) personal identification (such as a Driver License). These are required or the item(s) will not be released. PICK UP LOCATION AND HOURS: Items may be at different locations within the School District and will need to be picked up from these places after the necessary paperwork is completed at: 682 School Bus Lane Snowflake, Arizona 85937 Pick up times are Monday - Thursday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm. excluding State/Federal/School District Holidays Appointment recommended SHIPPING: ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP IN PERSON.
