Building has wood framed office spaces in the interior. Building has 2 single exterior doors, 1 double exterior, 2 - 9Ft roll-up doors, and 2 wall exhaust fans on the outer walls of the building. Property may be removed upon an agreeable timeline with the Richmond County School System (RCSS). It is expected that the property will be removed promptly within 120 days of auction closing. It is expected that the building and all its contents will be removed. The concrete slab under the structure shall not be removed. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all necessary work, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided from the RCSS. The RCSS understands that estimated timeline depends on weather delays and is willing to be flexible with the successful bidder on removal time.
