The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to michelle.etsitty@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification. Overview This lot contains (9) Midmark XSDS-02 dental imaging sensors. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All sensors are functional. Unknown repairs may be required. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian at vhamusnx@va.gov to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Additional Information: The purchaser is responsible for packing, palletizing, and removal of all equipment. The purchaser must bring all equipment needed to load and remove the items.
