Unknown if any parts or accessories are missing. The volt meter and a/c leak tester comes with a manual. No manuals for all the other items. All Items have wear-scratches,scrapes,engraving,cord wear(Saw by Skil),duct tape affixed,worn labels,nicks and paint removal. See pictures. Sold as is!
