HAS SCRATCHES AND DENTS. INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR HOLES FROM EQUIPMENT REMOVAL. Bidders should inspect the item prior to placing a bid as once the bid is placed, it cannot be cancelled or retracted. The City reserves the right to not allow the removal of an item if the City deems that the Buyer or Transporter has unsafe loading practice, insufficient resources to load or unsafe equipment that may cause an accident causing injury or damage to City property during loading and removal.
