Condition: SEE DESCRIPTION Randell Blast Chiller, USED This listing is for one (1) Randell BC-18 Blast Chiller. Unit is used and shows typical cosmetic wear from previous commercial use including light scuffs and scratches. Includes one (1) removable grate/rack, interior shelf/rack support rails, attached power cord, and a food temperature probe. Records indicate the unit was good when tested , and it is being sold as operational when removed from service . Manufacturer: Randell Model: BC-18 Serial No.: W295306-1-1 Description The Randell BC-18 is a commercial upright blast chiller designed to rapidly reduce the temperature of cooked foods to help meet food safety requirements before refrigerated storage. The stainless steel cabinet features an electronic control panel, self-contained refrigeration system, and a spacious interior with support rails for multiple shelf or pan positions. The unit is mounted on casters for mobility, including one locking caster.
