You are bidding on a BRAND NEW 3 gallon moonshine still!!! Yes, this is the REAL DEAL!!! This is a complete kit for flavor-enhancing distilling. Ideal for brewing fruit wines, whiskies, brandies, champagnes, vodkas, water, ethanol, and other distilled products at home. The main components include a fermentation barrel, barrel lid, cooling pot, and thumper keg. The fermentation barrel is convenient to use. A unidirectional exhaust valve releases gases produced during fermentation, reducing internal pressure. The thickened stainless steel bottom is compatible with various heating methods such as wood fire, gas stoves and electric stoves, preventing deformation and damage. The temperature gauge on the lid displays both Celsius and Fahrenheit temperatures, facilitating temperature monitoring during distillation. A thumper keg is added in front of the cooling pot, delivering purer and richer flavors. The thumper keg is used for secondary distillation to produce whiskey or other spirits with higher purity. You can also add various flavoring ingredients to enhance the complexity of the finished product. The cooling and distillation process uses copper tubing which offers good thermal conductivity to accelerate cooling. The smooth and wrinkle-free interior of the pipes prevents residues of distilled alcohol and water, ensuring no aftertaste and making cleaning much easier. A water pump facilitates cooling water circulation for thorough and efficient cooling. Lastly, silicone leak-proof plugs are added at the corrugated pipe joints to prevent leaks of water vapor, reducing the risk of burns and other injuries. Use a wrench to tighten connections securely during assembly. The fermentation barrel lid features four fixed sealing latches with built-in seals, ensuring hygiene and optimal fermentation results. This simple distillation unit is ideal for beginners to brew and produce fruit wines, rum, whisky, vodka, distilled water, beer, ethanol, and other distilled products at home, showcasing your sincerity and craftsmanship during holidays and gatherings.
