USED BRIDGES – VARIOUS SIZES – SOLD AS ONE LOT The City of Kerrville is offering a large quantity of used pipe and related materials as shown in the photographs. This lot consists of various lengths and sizes of pipe and may include sections with connected ends, couplings, and/or fittings. The Bridges have been previously used and stored outdoors. Condition varies throughout the lot. They are a lot and is being sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranty or guarantee regarding condition, dimensions, remaining service life, suitability for a particular purpose, or future use. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PICKUP INFORMATION Pickup is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. ** THE WINNING BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL LOADING, LABOR, EQUIPMENT, TRANSPORTATION, AND REMOVAL OF THE ITEMS. THE CITY DOES NOT PROVIDE SHIPPING OR DELIVERY. ** If the winning bidder is unable to pick up the item(s) personally, the bidder must complete and sign an authorization form allowing another individual to pick up the item(s) on their behalf. At the time of pickup: The winning bidder must sign the Bill of Sale. A copy of the driver's license of the person picking up the item(s) must be provided for identification. If applicable, the authorized representative must present the completed authorization form.
