1967 Buckley Iron Works Stainless Steel Jacketed Pressure Vessel with Mixer. S/N: 4498 10. Used, functional stainless steel vessel showing cosmetic wear consistent with age. Frame, clamps, and jacket connections appear structurally intact. Stainless steel pressure-rated process vessel manufactured by Buckley Iron Works in 1967. Vessel includes both tank and jacket stamps indicating design pressure and temperature limits. Data plate specifies tank maximum design pressure of 100 PSI and jacket maximum design temperature of 300F. Vessel serial number 4498 10 corresponds to the National Board stamping visible on the nameplate (Board No. 276). Jacketed design allows for heating or cooling via external utility feed. Vessel is mounted on a heavy-duty stainless steel rolling frame engineered for stability and mobility in production environments. Lid secured using multiple mechanical clamps, enabling pressure retention and safe mixing under load. Unit includes a top-mounted industrial mixing motor and gearbox assembly (painted blue), suitable for viscous or high-shear blending depending on attached shaft configuration. Various inlet and outlet ports, valves, and jacket fittings remain installed for integration with plant utilities. Suitable for use in chemical processing, food production, pharmaceutical compounding, and other applications requiring controlled mixing in a pressure-rated vessel.
