Buckley Iron Works Stainless Steel Jacketed Pressure Vessel with Mixer Serial 4498 11. Used, visibly aged but structurally intact. Vessel body, jacket, and clamp band assembly appear complete. Rolling frame shows moderate wear. Jacketed stainless steel pressure vessel manufactured by Buckley Iron Works in 1967. National Board registration number 277. Vessel nameplate lists tank maximum design pressure of 100 PSI and jacket maximum design temperature of 300F. Manufactured under purchase order number NH 192442. Vessel is constructed with a full clamp-style lid, secured by multiple adjustable mechanical lugs, enabling sealed operation under pressure. Unit is mounted on a heavy-duty stainless steel rolling frame for mobility in production environments. Vessel includes various threaded and tri-clamp ports for utility connections (steam, water, nitrogen, CIP lines, etc.), along with a bottom outlet valve assembly. Agitation is provided by a top-mounted industrial mixing motor driven through an AC Tech MC Series Intelligent Drive (VFD).
