Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Exterior shows weathering and discoloration on white aluminum siding. Roof exhibits aging and may need repair work. Interior ceiling shows water damage with visible staining and damaged panels. Kitchen area shows wear with some cabinet doors missing or damaged. Bedroom mattress appears deteriorated and stained. Flooring throughout shows wear and damage. RVIA certification marking visible on exterior. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
