Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance NO SHIPPING OFFERED (This is a remote location with no shipping facilities nearby) Seller will not pack, load, haul, or deliver. Buyer is responsible for removal of items including all packing, loading, hauling.
