The equipment worked the last time it was checked, but the items have been kept in storage for years and their current operational status cannot be verified. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. Item 1: Shelleysteel by Delfield Heated Serving Counter Manufacturer: Shelleysteel by Delfield, a Welbilt Company. Model: Custom KH-4-NU. Manufacture Date: 10-11-2000. Electrical Requirements: 120/208-230V, 60HZ, 1-Phase, 22.0A. Equipped with a Hubbell 30A 125/250V twist-lock style plug. Features: Four individual heated food wells, an integrated water faucet positioned above the wells, and an overhead sneeze guard canopy with a 48-inch incandescent light strip. Controls: Front control panel includes main power and light switches, plus individual dial controls for the food wells with "Caution Hot Surface" indicator lights. Cosmetics & Missing Parts: Shows heavy dirt and debris from storage. Multiple control knobs are missing from the front panel. Several loose knobs and a metal pin are resting inside one of the food wells. Item 2: Shelleyglas by Delfield Refrigerated Serving Counter Manufacturer: Shelleyglas by Delfield, The Delfield Co.. Model: KCSC-74. Manufacture Date: 8/2/88. Electrical Requirements: 115V, 1-Phase, 60Hz, 10.5 Total Amps. Uses a yellow 3-prong plug. Refrigerant: R-12 (40.0 oz). Features: Blue solid-body unit mounted on casters. Includes a multi-tier overhead glass sneeze guard and shelving with stainless steel framing. The rear side features two sliding storage doors and a louvered vent panel. Internals: Behind the vent panel is the refrigeration system, including a compressor, condenser fan, copper/PVC plumbing, and a Ranco pressure control box with a toggle switch. Cosmetics & Missing Parts: A loose Delfield control knob and exposed wiring with wire nuts are visible inside the top well area. Item 3: Precision Metal Products 4-Well Heated Serving Counter Manufacturer: Precision Metal Products Inc., Miami, Florida. Model: BLH-4/MU. Electrical Requirements: 120V, 30 Amps, 2000W. Includes a power cord equipped with a twist-lock style plug. Features: A freestanding stainless steel serving table with four food well cutouts. The unit features a blue-paneled body on the front and sides, and is mounted on square legs with casters for mobility. Controls: The front control panel features "Precision" dials. Three of the dial locations on the panel are covered by blank metal plates. Item 4: Groen FPC-4 Braising Pan / Skillet Manufacturer: Groen Division, Dover Corporation. Model: FPC-4. Manufacture Year: 1974. Electrical Requirements: 230V, 60Hz, 3-Phase, 15.0 KW. The power conduit has exposed wires at the end and is currently missing a plug. Features: A large stainless steel tilting cooking pan mounted on a tubular stainless steel stand. Controls: Features a side-mounted control box with a temperature dial that goes up to 400 degrees and an indicator light.
