Commercial-grade 8,064 sq. ft. greenhouse, built in 2000 by Rough Brothers, now known as Prospiant. In 2023, approximately $60,000 was invested into upgrading the electrical and environmental control systems. The greenhouse is equipped with a Wadsworth EnviroSTEP controller, temperature and humidity aspirator, automated roof vents, advanced weather station, six cool-air fans, and six HAF fans. This is a great opportunity for a nursery, commercial grower, garden center, or agricultural operation looking to expand with a quality greenhouse that already has major system upgrades in place.
