Overview This lot contains 240 Dell Precision laptop computers, including Dell Precision 3551 and Dell Precision 3561 models. The lot is in used condition. Each laptop is accompanied by a protective Pelican-style transport case and a portable power adapter/charger. The lot contains units in a range of physical condition with some laptops in cosmetic condition with normal signs of use, while others show more noticeable wear. Observed cosmetic issues may include scratches, scuffs, worn keyboard markings and asset tag residue. The property is palletized and organized on eight pallets for storage and transportation purposes. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, between 9:30 AM and 3:30 PM, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours advance notice is required to coordinate site access with security. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Additional Information: Valid government-issued photo identification is required (Physical Real ID or Passport) for site entry. Property is palletized; recipient must provide all labor, equipment, and an appropriate vehicle (e.g., box truck or flatbed) necessary to safely remove the property. Recipient is responsible for compliance with all applicable safety and transportation requirements. Property must be removed in full at the time of pickup.
