Overview One lot estimated to consist of (205) desktop scanners. The lot includes (6) Canon DR-C230 scanners, (11) Kodak i1150 scanners, (6) HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One units, and (182) HP ScanJet Pro 3000 S3 scanners. The item is classified in used condition. Some cords are included with the scanners, and the entire lot is packed on 3 wooden pallets measuring 40X40X40. Some power cords are included with the scanners, but completeness is not guaranteed. The equipment is packed on wooden pallets for transport. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. No onsite inspection is allowed for this lot. This is a US Government site requiring REAL ID and US citizenship for access. Local pickup only with no packaging or shipping available without direct coordination from the point of contact. Purchaser must bring their own packaging materials as items are not palletized or boxed. The pickup party is responsible for load securement, and government personnel will not assist with loading.
