Condition: SEE DESCRIPTION Large lot of DeWalt cordless tools including drills, reciprocating saws, cut-off tools, circular saw, 3 portable vacuums, 18V batteries, chargers, and work lights. Well used condition, u ntested and sold as-is. See photos for details. Background items and carts not included. The p urchaser is responsible for loading and removal from campus no later than 2 pm MST on Friday, July 31, 2026. Scheduling for pick-up to be completed during normal business hours. LCCC staff members are not available to assist with loading these items. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These items are transferred and accepted in as-is, where-is condition, without warranty of any character, express or implied, or of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the Recipient hereby agrees to indemnify, save, and hold harmless LCCC and their respective trustees, officers, agents, and employees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including but not limited to attorney s fees & workman s compensation) that may result from or in any connection to the Recipient s removal of the surplus from LCCC.
