The pull-start cord is broken, and staff were unable to start or operate the unit. The tire is flat. Because the compressor could not be started, the operating condition is unknown and has not been verified . The unit has visible wear from use and storage, including dirt, faded paint, and paint loss on the tanks, frame, belt guard, and other metal components.
