Condition: Fair This lot consists of one (1) double-sided shelving unit. This lot has been rated as being in fair condition due to showing signs of prior use and wear while remaining structurally sound and stable. Observed wear includes two (2) areas of peeling edge banding, as well as multiple holes associated with previous mounting hardware. Each shelf has two (2) screw holes from previously installed light bars, and additional holes are present from the connecting brackets used to assemble the shelving unit. This shelving unit is a custom-assembled piece constructed from six (6) desk toppers. The unit consists of two sets of three (3) desk toppers, with each set stacked vertically and positioned back-to-back. The two sets are connected using brackets, creating a single double-sided shelving unit with three (3) shelves accessible from each side, for a total of six (6) shelf surfaces. The desk toppers are constructed from wood and appear to be plywood. No manufacturer or model information was identified for the completed shelving unit.
