Condition: FAIR Colortran Encore Control Console 7-1050 lighting control board in unknown condition was told it functioned but we cant verify used at a college. ** Be advised that these items have been previously used and may contain defects. The buyer is solely responsible for ALL loading, shipping, transporting, coordinating payments & pick-ups with our District within the proper time frame, no exceptions, terms and conditions are strictly enforced. Please bring sufficient equipment, tools and manpower to assist with your removal of your asset. Our District does not assist with any loading of any form. In the event of a third party (non-buyer listed) picking up your items on your behalf, please send an email giving your consent and authorization to allow the third party to remove your items from the premises on your behalf. The District releases all liability to the buyer upon pick up and is not responsible for any damages thereafter.
