Equipment was in working order when uninstalled, has not been tested since. All property is sold "As-Is/Where-is", with all faults, and without any warranty whatsoever, expressed or implied. The item description given is based on the best available information, but the Sonoma County Library makes no guaranty, warranty, or representation expressed or implied as to the quantity, kind, character, size quality, weight or description of any property, or its fitness for any use or purpose. To make an appointment to view this item, please call: 707-755-2388, Monday Friday only. Items should be paid for within 5 business days and picked up within 10 business days. Items that have been paid for and not picked up within the given time may be resold. We do not give refunds, credits or exchanges. PAYMENT - Payments must be made through publicsurplus.com and must occur within five (5) business days after closing of auction. Failure to pay for award within five (5) business days of auction closing may result in loss of award.
