This lot contains (3 EA) TransMotion TMM4 exam chairs. The chairs are classified in scrap condition. The chairs show extensive wear and deterioration from age and use. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Key Features Electric height adjustment mechanism with motorized base. Adjustable backrest with multiple positioning options. Integrated side rails and safety features. Hand-held control unit with multiple function buttons. Mobile design with locking caster wheels. Padded surfaces with vinyl upholstery. Condition & Markings This lot is in scrap condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. All three chairs show significant wear and deterioration throughout. Upholstery is cracked, torn, and heavily worn on all surfaces. Metal frames show rust, corrosion, and surface damage. Electrical components and wiring are exposed and potentially non-functional. One chair has visible damage to the base mechanism and support structure. Control units show wear and may not be operational. Various scratches, dents, and impact damage visible on all units. Manufacturer markings "TransMotion" and "TMM4" visible on equipment. Inspection stickers and maintenance labels present on some units. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
