This lot contains (1 EA) 2018 Shuttle B-Series patient transfer chair. The item is classified in scrap condition. The chair shows significant wear and deterioration consistent with end-of-life medical equipment. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. The chair shows extensive wear with faded and worn upholstery on the seat and backrest. Multiple identification labels and stickers are visible on the equipment frame. The item is described as end of life, outdated, and would cost more to repair than replace. Various maintenance and inventory tags are attached to the frame. The electronic control components are present but functionality is not verified. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only.
