This lot contains (3 EA) TransMotion TMM4 exam chairs. The chairs are classified in scrap condition. The chairs show significant wear and deterioration consistent with end-of-life medical equipment. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Mobile base with locking casters for positioning. Padded upholstery surfaces on seat, backrest, and leg rest areas. Condition & Markings This lot is in scrap condition. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. The chairs show extensive wear with torn and deteriorated upholstery throughout. Visible staining and discoloration on padding and fabric surfaces. Some mechanical components appear damaged or non-functional. Control cables and electrical connections show wear and potential damage. Asset tags and manufacturer markings are present on the equipment. One chair displays a bed adjustment label with the year 2023. Equipment numbers EE149357, EE180152, and EE149362 are associated with these chairs. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only.
