This lot contains (5 EA) Midmark 622 barrier-free examination tables. The tables are classified in repairable condition. The units show signs of wear and require repair or refurbishment but remain structurally intact. The tables feature powered height adjustment mechanisms and integrated storage compartments. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Some units show minor surface scratches on the base housing. Tables are positioned on protective mats in storage area. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
