Inc. zero turn mower, model: LZ25KC604 Lazer Z UltraCut 60 with 25 hp "Kohler" Command engine, the mower has not been tested, it is unknown if it works, some parts may be lost. The equipment may show rust, discoloration, cracks, dents, or scratches from use. No technical support is offered. The serial numbers in the pictures are covered to prevent mischief. ****************** PICK-UP BY APPOINTMENT ONLY – No item(s) will be released without a scheduled pickup time. Buyers may be turned away without a scheduled appointment. To schedule an appointment you must contact: Property Control, Robert Johnson, Property Coordinator, 904-336-6739; cell 904-759-1237 between the hours of 7 am till 3 PM. Closed for lunch from 12 - 1 pm. Pick ups are done only Monday - Thursday *******CLOSED ALL HOLIDAYS****** Seller will not ship or prepare to be shipped, Bidder must handle all shipping matters. We will not sign any shipping paperwork for pick up. All bill of laden must be shipped from you to you, Clay County School should not be listed as shipper. ************************************************************************** If you are claiming Tax Exempt Status, you must contact GovDeals BEFORE YOU PAY online through GovDeals.
