Utility carts for parts or project. Neither carts are operational. Second cart is a Taylor Dunn with a Wisconsin Robin Diesel engine and has both doors and seats. As required by Arkansas law, for a period of five (5) days from the auction start date this item is offered exclusively to eligible Arkansas state departments, public schools, and tax-supported institutions. If no intergovernmental transfer is completed during this five (5) day period, then this item will open to public bidding on Day 6.
