Condition: FAIR HATCO Humidified Holding & Display Food Cabinet Humidified Holding & Food Display Cabinet from Hatco balances a precise combination of controlled heat and humidity to ensure consistent product quality and reduce waste. Loading assistance is NOT available, please make adequate plans to load yourself. Item will be at ground level. Pick up appointments must be made 24 hours in advance, no same day drop-ins. All items are sold as is, no refund, no guarantee. All sales are final. May or may not be operational - May or may not be missing parts. We do not inspect every item to see if it works or the current condition that it is in. QUESTIONS DURING BIDDING: All communication (questions/answers) must be posted to the Questions section located in the top right of this page so the information can be shared by all potential bidders of this site. Questions asked in the final 8 hours of the auction will not be answered. ITEM PICK UP: Items must be removed from The University of Montana Lommasson Center within 10 Business days of the notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal ID must be provided at time of pick-up. The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from The University of Montana Surplus and must take all items at time of pickup. Due to liability, University personnel will not be able to help load or secure items. THIRD PARTY PICKUP: If you are out of state, please DO NOT BID unless you can come pick up the item(s) in person. WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS. If you are having a third party picking up an item(s) for you, you MUST send an email from the email address listed on file with Public Surplus before the item(s) are picked up. The email MUST include (1) the name of the buyer listed on the paid receipt, (2) item description, and (3) the first and last name of the person who will be picking up the item(s). This email will serve as the buyer's official release authorization. The individual picking items up will then need to bring the (1) Paid Receipt (photocopies are acceptable), (2) personal identification (such as a Driver License). These are required or the item(s) will not be released. SHIPPING: ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP IN PERSON. NO SHIPPING IS PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS NO PACKAGING OF ITEMS WILL BE PROVIDED. If you are out of state, please DO NOT BID unless you can come pick up the item(s) in person. WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS.
