Complete, execute, and email the Bid Submittal Form (Attachment C to the Sellers Terms and Conditions) to customerservice@govdeals.com prior to or concurrently with submitting your initial Bid. Submit the required Bid Deposit in accordance with the Bid Deposit Instructions (Attachment D to the Sellers Terms and Conditions) A Wire Transfer is the only acceptable payment option for this item. Conduct due diligence and schedule a property inspection, if desired. Only one (1) Bid Submittal Form is required per Bidder. Once the initial Bid Submittal Form has been submitted, the Bidder may continue to place additional bids during the Auction without submitting another form, provided the Bidder's legal name, ownership, and all information contained in the originally submitted Bid Submittal Form remain unchanged.
