Current condition/operability unknown — sold strictly as-is No warranty, expressed or implied Buyer is responsible for all removal/hauling from the property GMCS WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY TOOLS, LABOR, EQUIPMENT, OR ASSISTANCE. By bidding on this item, the Buyer agrees to the following: Full Assumption of Risk: Buyer assumes all risk of injury, damage, or loss associated with inspection, disassembly, removal, and transport of the equipment. Indemnification: Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gallup-McKinley County Schools (GMCS), its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses, including injury or death, arising out of or related to the removal or handling of the equipment. No Liability to GMCS: Under no circumstances shall GMCS be held liable for any incident, injury, or damage occurring during inspection or removal. INSPECTION INFORMATION Trailer is located about 20 miles from Gallup NM Inspection is strongly encouraged prior to bidding. Inspection and removal are by appointment only (24–48 hours advance notice required). PICKUP REQUIREMENTS Buyer must schedule pickup in advance. If a third party is picking up the unit, an Authorization of Release form must be completed prior to arrival. Buyer must bring all necessary equipment and personnel for safe removal.
