We're excited to announce an opportunity to donate surplus City-owned computer equipment to eligible organizations serving New York City communities, in accordance with Local Law 81 of 2023 which added Administrative Code § 12-214. As this is a notification according to Local Law 81 and Administrative Code § 12-214 no action is required. Applications should clearly demonstrate how the equipment will be used to support public service goals. Please note that public schools and libraries will receive priority if we receive multiple applications. Important Notes: • Equipment is offered at no cost. Recipients will be responsible for prompt pickup, handling, and transportation. • Evaluation and award decisions will be based on the quality and clarity of the submitted application.
