Braun Model 123H‑SH Industrial Steam‑Heated Dryer , rated at 400 lbs. capacity , along with all associated equipment visible in the photos, including: • Braun 123H‑SH Steam Dryer – Model: 123H‑SH – Serial No.: H24V123K21138 – Voltage: 208V, 3‑Phase, 60 Hz – Largest Motor: 20 HP – Steam Requirement: 125 PSI – Control Voltages: 24 VDC / 120 VAC – Condition: Installed in facility but never placed into service • FLM Stainless Steel Lint Collection / Cyclone System – Large vertical stainless cyclone vessel – Mounted on metal support frame – Connected to dryer exhaust ductwork • Speedaire Air Component – Green air tank or air‑system module (mounted to lint vessel) • Associated Piping and Connections – Steam supply and condensate return piping (labeled) – Electrical conduit and control wiring – Dryer exhaust ducting into lint collector – All physical components shown in listing photos are included This system is currently installed in an operational laundry facility , but has never been used . Equipment is sold with no warranty . CONDITION • Appears in excellent condition. • No operational hours; unit was installed for intended use but never commissioned. • Normal installation‑related marks may be present. Inspection is highly recommended prior to bidding. REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS (BUYER MUST READ) The buyer is fully and solely responsible for all removal activities , including but not limited to: • Disconnecting exhaust ductwork from the lint collector • Draining, capping, and isolating utilities as required • Providing all rigging , lifting , and transportation equipment • Clearing all components through doorways and building pathways • Floor protection, debris removal, and site cleanup • Compliance with all OSHA and facility safety requirements No government personnel will assist with removal. All removal must be performed by qualified personnel with appropriate insurance. Buyer must coordinate removal scheduling with the facility. Seller will disconnect all water, steam lines, and electrical utilities and will lock and tag out all such utilities prior to pickup. LOCATION Installed inside a commercial laundry facility. Exact address will be provided to the winning bidder. KNOWN ISSUES None known. QUANTITY One complete system (dryer + lint collector + air component + associated installed components as shown). SPECIAL NOTES • Buyer must remove all components shown in the listing photos. • Removal is at buyer’s expense and risk. The winning bidder will be required to disconnect, disassemble and remove the components listed within the building structure which includes manpower and equipment and leave a broom clean area. The winning bidder will have general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 and proof of workman's compensation. The preparation of a removal plan will be needed prior to allowing access.
