This lot contains (4 EA) Lhasa OMS TDP CQ-27/36 infrared heat lamps. The lot is in used condition. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Model: TDP CQ-27, TDP CQ-36 Key Features Mobile floor stand with five-caster base and adjustable arm. Lamp head with wire guard. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Additional Information: The buyer must provide all labor, tools, and equipment needed to disassemble, remove, and load the equipment. Shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Awarded items must be picked up within 14 days.
