The seller is unable to provide shipping quotes to potential bidders. 5) Winning bidder must make payment electronically through GovDeals. 6) Winning bidder will not be allowed to view the item prior to submitting payment. 7) Payment in full is due not later than FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS from the time and date of the close of the auction.
