Market demand: Equipment in Pennsylvania sell about 94% of the time, typically ~29 bids. Based on 322 completed sales over the last year.
A John Deere 324K wheel loader with 4,042 hours, good tire tread, a 1.3-yard bucket, material forks, a 10-foot JRB snow plow, and an ISO attachment system with a skid loader adapter. Sells well to snow-removal contractors, landscapers, and farms that want a ready-to-work loader with attachments. Verify the plow mount and the ISO adapter fit, and check the hydraulics and transmission under load, since the listing says it runs well but gives no service records.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
