Market demand: Equipment in Virginia sell about 70% of the time, typically ~18 bids. Based on 506 completed sales over the last year.
A 1998 John Deere 410E backhoe that runs and moves but has widespread hydraulic leaks and a sticking valve body affecting boom control, requiring immediate safety attention. Hydraulic rebuild shops and equipment dealers target this model for systems overhaul and resale. Confirm the valve body is not cracked and that external hose replacement alone will not solve the leak pattern.
Estimated flip margin and comp range available with Pro. Summary may occasionally contain inaccuracies; check the full description before bidding.
