Full Description
This Baby Grand was new for the school year in 1994. The last time this piano was tuned, they mentioned that it does need work done. The sound board is the biggest expense and that has cracks from humidity, temperature changes, etc. There are also a few keys on the lower end of the instrument that are not responsive and would need repairing. The instrument as a whole has not been maintained for the past 5-6 years and was inconsistently maintained before that.
