Condition: SEE DESCRIPTION We are auctioning a Kicker CX300 car audio amplifier. We do not know the condition of the item. We have no way to test it. These items are being sold **AS IS NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED** Buyer accepts the items in there current condition. The Successful Bidder will be responsible for packing and/or loading any item(s) at pick-up, if necessary. Pickup Hours are by Appointment Only: Monday through Thursday 7am-5pm Persons must be escorted to the Impound Lot Please call 406 931-0910 to set-up appointment. You have 10 business days not including Fridays to pickup your vehicle or items won. Auction winners will need to show government issued picture ID, the notice of award, and payment receipt at time of pickup. If someone other than the winning bidder is picking up the item(s), an emailed letter of authorization is required and must include: Third-party name Auction number and item description Bidder s name or company name, complete address, phone number, and a copy of the bidder s driver s license Authorization and ID copy must be received before any item is released. Acceptable forms of payment are: Wire Transfer or Credit Card **NO CASH, CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED** Pay Mac, Inc. handles all payments for City of Livingston. Payment for an awarded item must be received within Five (5) Business days after notice of award. A Buyers Premium of 10.5% will be added to the final sale price with a $1 minimum charge per auction for payment collections. This premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid. All Sales Are Final. Public Surplus will notify buyer of receipt of payment via email.
