Condition: POOR Details and mandatory bidder guidelines for the MSC Mill listing below: Equipment Description & Condition Item: MSC Mill Dimensions (Approximate): 86" H x 60" D x 57" W Weight: ~2,000+ lbs READ BEFORE BIDDING Additional Terms & Conditions of Sale: Condition: This equipment is non-functional and missing parts . Due to age and prolonged non-use, the exact mechanical issues are unknown. It is sold strictly AS-IS . Location & Disassembly: The mill is located inside the facility in a classroom. Disassembly will be required to navigate through standard doorways and exit the building. Mandatory Removal Date & Hours: Removal MUST occur on November 3rd between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM (Noon) . No alternative dates or extensions will be granted. Failure to complete removal within this window will result in forfeiture of payment and item abandonment. Buyer Responsibilities & Logistics: The winning bidder must be fully licensed and insured. Proof of insurance, proof of license to move such equipment, and proof of business license must be provided at the time of bidding. If this proof is not provided, the bid will be disregarded. Winchester Public Schools (WPS) will NOT provide manpower, tools, rigging, or equipment. The buyer is entirely responsible for supplying all necessary equipment and labor for disassembly, removal, and loading. Loading will take place on the public street. The buyer is responsible for coordinating any necessary traffic control, permits, or logistics with the City of Winchester. Property Damage: The winning bidder assumes full responsibility for any damage caused to the building, walls, doors, or grounds during removal. Any required repairs will be performed at the buyer s sole expense.
