Overview One lot estimated to consist of 97 thermal label printers on 3 pallets. The lot includes 29 SATO label printers and 68 Datamax printers. The SATO printers are high-performance thermal barcode and labeling systems used for asset tracking, inventory, shipping, and compliance using direct thermal or thermal transfer technology spanning compact desktop units, standalone smart printers, and rugged industrial models. The Datamax printers are reliable thermal bar code and label printers used for shipping, warehousing, healthcare, and retail. This lot is in used condition. Condition & Markings Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Items are loose and not palletized or boxed. Equipment is sold without cleaning or repairs. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. No packaging or shipping is available from this location without direct coordination/approval from the listed point of contact. Items will be sold with no warranty/guarantee. Bidder is responsible for pickup, packing, shipping, transporting, loading, or harnessing of property. You will need to bring your own method for packaging. USCIS and its contractors shall not be responsible for any damages to vehicles or trailers during the pickup and loading of this equipment. The party picking up equipment is responsible for load securement to their vehicle or trailer. USCIS personnel are not authorized to help loading of purchased equipment.
