Lakeshore wooden dollhouse formerly used in the City library Youth Services area. The dollhouse shows cosmetic wear from years of use. The roof section is loose and is not securely attached. General scuffs, scratches, and other signs of wear are present throughout. Please review all photos carefully to assess the overall condition. Approximate dimensions: 22" W x 17" D x 29" H (highest point of roof) Sold as-is, where-is with no warranties or guarantees. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the item prior to bidding by appointment. Item is located at Lewiston City Hall, 1134 F St., Lewiston, Idaho. --- Buyer is solely responsible for all arrangements for removal, transport, packing, and shipping, if necessary. The City will not provide assistance, equipment, or guidance for removal of items, and will not pack or ship items, even with a prepaid shipping label. All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to condition, functionality, or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. Inspections shall be by appointment only. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted. Buyer assumes all risk of loss and responsibility for the item(s) upon payment. Buyer is responsible for any and all damage to City property or facilities, and for any personal injury or property damage that may occur, during inspection, pickup, or removal of items. Items must be paid for and removed within ten (10) business days of auction end, unless prior arrangements are approved by the City. The City reserves the right to cancel the sale and relist any items not paid for and removed within this timeframe. Pickup shall be by appointment only, Monday through Friday during normal business hours unless otherwise stated. Buyer is responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, removal, transport, and use of the item(s).
