Up for Auction is this large 50' wide x 96' long x 25' tall canvas structure. Steel 1/2 moon framing. This structure sits on several 3' concrete blocks that are not included in this auction. The canvas will need to be replaced, it was damaged in a high wind storm a few months ago. Cover Concepts can provide you will a cost for new canvas at Brent@cover1000.com. This building is open in front and back. The auction winner will need to provide all equipment and labor to remove this structure from our site. The auction winner is responsible for the entire tear down and removal of this building. Concrete floor will remain onsite. Again, you will need to provide your own equipment and man power for removal. Auction winner has 30 days to remove building off site once auction has ended. This building is located at the Chimney Hollow site in Berthoud/Loveland. This is a secure site, you will be escorted the entire time you are on site. Easy access to site.
