Removal: Buyer must email (PREFFERED) or call 24 hrs. in advance to schedule an appointment for pick-up. We are available Monday thru Friday (8:00AM-11:30AM and 12:15PM-3:00PM) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! It is the responsibility of the Buyer to pay for items within 7 calendar days and remove the item(s) within 10 business days from payment date. Payments and pickup of winning items must take place within announced dates and times or items may be subject to default and forfeiture. Buyer is responsible for all packaging, shipping and removal costs related to transporting the item. No exceptions will be considered.
