Condition: SEE DESCRIPTION You are bidding one an Electric Pallet Jack. It is dead. Not sure what's wrong with it. Thank you and Happy Bidding. Sold As is. Any questions asked after 3pm CST or on the weekend will be answered on the following business day. All viewing and pickup are by appointment only. We do not ship items. If you cannot come pick up your items you may send someone else to pick up but that MUST BE COMMUNICATED!! Viewing and Pickup MUST be done on Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. Early and Late visits are not permitted at this site. One week will be allowed for pickup after the closing date of the auction. Special consideration will be taken for holidays. From the time of payment, you will have 1 week to pick up your items. Items not picked up within one week of the closing day will be discarded and/or sold at the discretion of Spring ISD. No refunds will be given. WE DO NOT INSPECT ITEMS TO SEE IF THEY WORK. We are not experts on the items listed for auction. We receive them from multiple sources and are not responsible or accountable for the condition we receive them. All items are sold as-is, where-is with no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied as to the condition, utility, or use-ability of the property offered. We strongly encourage bidders to inspect items of interest prior to the close of the auction.
